| Career OpportunitiesPueblo’s pre-eminent Residential Treatment Center is expanding its program capabilities and facilities and is looking for dynamic, caring, energetic individuals to join our team of dedicated staff. As a result of program growth, El Pueblo has several positions available. The majority of the positions fall in the areas of Direct Care Staff, working directly with the children in their living quarters, and Paraprofessionals, assisting with the children’s educations in the on-site facility school. Direct Care Staff positions average 40+ hours per week on either afternoon or graveyard shifts. Qualified candidates will have at least 60 college credits or 1-year full time experience working with at-risk youth. Paraprofessionals assist in presenting curriculum in the classroom and support the learning of the students during a 7:00am to 4:00om schedule. Qualified candidates must hold a 4-year degree in a relevant field and gain a substitute-teaching license. Additional positions will also be available.
