High Performance Teams
The
employees at El Pueblo...an Adolescent Treatment Community are committed to the
children entrusted to us. Our goal
is to become the best residential childcare facility possible. The following fourteen points illustrate our philosophy
to develop High Performance Teams.

to be accomplished is imperative.

of People

9. Break down barriers
between departments and staff.
10. Eliminate and avoid
slogans, exhortations, and targets.
11. Numerical quotas
have no place in a non-profit organization.
12. Remove barriers to
pride of accomplishment.
13. Institute
a vigorous program of education.
14.
Take action to accomplish the transformation.
