Aftercare

The purpose of El Pueblo's Aftercare Program is to provide individual and family therapy for the child as they transition back into the home or community.  The treatment supports the client and their family to succeed as productive members of the community as they transition to a lower level of care and encourages their participation in a healthy environment.
