Psychiatric Technician/Aide Provides care to our developmentally disabled residents. Administers medications, helps with personal hygiene, homework, cooking meals. Provides guidance in behavior choices by teaching social, self-help, academic, and living skills. Participates in rehab team meetings to ensure successful treatment avenues are discussed and explored. Observes and documents resident behaviors, intervenes as necessary to mitigate negative behaviors and shape positive behaviors. Previous positive experience working with developmentally disabled at-risk teens or adults. Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Psych Tech certification a plus. LPN/RN a plus. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid Colorado Driver’s License, able to be insurable on our auto plan, and meet all required background checks. Swing and overnight shifts available. TherapistOur therapists provide clinical therapy to adolescent residents, including individual and group therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and review. Will complete comprehensive assessment and initiate diagnosis and treatment plans. Will support compliance with JCAHO standards to ensure our organization meets the highest standards of care. Requires Master’s level therapist, LPC or LCSW and current CAC III licensure. Previous training and experience working with juveniles who have committed sexual offenses. Caseload may include both boys and girls. Clinical Assistant IITransports and represents our residents at court or probation appointments. Maintains case files, monitors appointments, activities and other pertinent data. Maintains caseload of clients requiring transition services. Acts as liaison to facilitate smooth transition of our clients into the community. Holds Master’s degree in human services or related field and previous relevant experience. ParaprofessionalAssist the teacher in the classroom to support the daily curriculum and activities of the students. Provides individual and/or group tutoring in subjects as needed. May plan, lead and participate in recreational activities. Supports our resident’s treatment program through modeling appropriate behaviors, de-escalating negative behaviors, and guiding residents toward acceptable behaviors. May act as a Substitute Teacher as needed. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, and willingness to obtain Substitute Teacher License.
