the expansion of it’s continuum of care with a new Community
to Community Program, which positions the
organization as a true community-based resource for serving at-risk adolescents
and their families in Colorado. The new program offers a wealth of treatment
options, which can be pieced together and customized for each child and his or
her family. In addition, Community to Community professionals are on hand
to provide transitional assistance and wraparound care, thereby offering the
best possible treatment program for creating healthy families. Community to Community - A full service support program utilizing high fidelity wrap around services based on the research of Vroon Vandenberg (Number of services dependant on individual needs) Day Treatment - An outpatient form of rehabilitation treatment offered to addicted individuals who need to establish a pattern of recovery in their lives. Weekend Truancy - An outpatient form of rehabilitation treatment offered to students with persistent, chronic nonattendance problems with additional support tools for student's families.
